From humble beginnings in 1894, in the heart of Winton, Queensland, EV2’s story is one of tradition, adaptability, and passion. What started as a small, family-owned tailoring shop has transformed over more than a century into one of Australia’s leading names in sportswear manufacturing.
For over 130 years, the business has been proudly passed down through four generations of the same family. In those early days, tailoring was our craft, but when the world changed, so did we. During challenging times, we shifted from creating fine suits to producing uniforms for the defence force, ensuring our skills supported those who needed them most. Eventually, our journey led us into the world of sport, where our precision, quality, and attention to detail found a perfect home.
One of our proudest achievements is our enduring partnership with Queensland Rugby League. As the longest-serving preferred supplier to the State’s Senior and Junior sides, with over 40 years of continuous service, we have woven ourselves into the very fabric of Queensland’s sporting history.
Today, EV2 blends our rich heritage with modern innovation, producing high-performance sportswear. As our brand grows across the world, our community continues to expand, opening doors with incredible teams and athletes across Australia and beyond. While our methods have evolved, our values remain the same: dedication, quality, and an unwavering commitment to the communities we serve.
